Key Responsibilities:

Crane and Labour Coordination:

· Schedule and coordinate crane operations and labour resources to meet project requirements.

· Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and efficient crane usage.

Crane Documentation Compliance:

· Maintain and update all crane-related documentation, including inspections, certifications, and maintenance records.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

· Schedule crane and equipment services and CraneSafes.

Employee Documentation Compliance:

· Verify and maintain employee certifications, licenses, and training records.

· Ensure all employees are compliant with company policies and safety protocols.

Quoting Jobs:

· Prepare and submit accurate job quotes for crane and labour services.

Site Inspections:

· Conduct site inspections to assess crane setup and safety.

· Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Lift Plans:

· Develop detailed lift plans for complex lifting operations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in crane coordination or a related field.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

· Ability to develop and implement detailed lift plans.
