Business Development Manager – Melbourne

We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Victorian team. You’ll be responsible for signing up new restaurant and hospitality partners across Melbourne helping venues unlock incremental, profitable revenue through our dynamic pricing platform.

This is a fast-paced, high-ownership sales role. You’ll be on the ground, building relationships, running in-person demos, and driving high-volume sign-ups each week. You’ll be supported by a strong team and leadership, but ultimately, this is your patch to own.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospect, pitch, and sign new restaurant and hospitality partners across Brisbane

Focus on in-person drop-ins, meetings, and demos, this is a field-based sales role

Hit weekly sign-up targets and daily outreach goals

Use HubSpot and Gong to track pipeline, activity, and performance

Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth venue onboarding and activation

Provide feedback on market trends and local opportunities

Report to the VIC Sales Manager and work closely with your state team

What We're Looking For

1–2+ years of experience in SMB sales, ideally in hospitality, tech, or marketplaces

Confident in face-to-face sales, cold calling, and running structured in-person meetings

Proven ability to hit targets and maintain a high volume of outreach

Strong time management, self-motivation, and communication skills

A proactive mindset, you take ownership of your territory and results

Hospitality experience (worked in or sold to) is a big plus
