$110,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation + Company car + Overriders (OTE $200,000 - $250,000 in Year 1)
Are you a seasoned BDM with hands-on experience in commercial construction, fit-out or commercial real estate and construction?
My client are a Tier 3 commercial/fit-out builder specialising in delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare, veterinary, and early learning/childcare sectors.
My client have a strong & growing presence within SA, NSW, QLD & VIC, and are looking to add to their team in the Central Coast area.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Executing business development strategies as directed by the business
- Working collaboratively across disciplines to optimise team performance during handovers.
- Ensuring the brand remains aligned with client strategies.
- Contributing to the creation of innovative methods for identifying and engaging target clients.
- Assisting in the ongoing identification and acquisition of new clients alongside the Business Development and Client Relations teams.
- Establishing and nurturing key local client relationships, including prospective, current, and former contacts and firms.
- Actively fostering a unified and high-performing team culture through collaboration and shared objectives across disciplines and regions.
- Engaging in lead generation and management efforts as directed by the Head of Client Partnerships.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Applying Business Development methodologies, best practices, processes, and technological solutions within the Studio to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Responsibilities:
Required Experience/Attributes:
- Significant experience as a Business Development Manager or Client Relations Manager within the Commercial Construction or Fitout industry.
- Experience in the medical sector (supplier background) will also be taken into consideration.
- Comprehensive understanding of market and industry dynamics spanning sectors including childcare, veterinary services, medical facilities, and general commercial construction.
- Strong ability to leverage proven cold calling techniques to build connections with potential clients.
- Understanding of contract terminology and effective negotiation tactics.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Solid experience in lead management processes.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate leasing terms and transaction protocols.
- Well-versed in delivering compelling pitches and presentations to clients.
