Trading for over 10 years our locals are the heart of our business, a genuine passion for hospitality is an absolute must as you will be looking after our valued regulars.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Be the face of the bar by creating a welcoming atmosphere. Interact with patrons, remember regulars' names and preferences, and ensure a memorable experience for all.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including ordering, stock control, and maintaining service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Staff Management: Create and manage staff rosters, oversee training, and support team members to foster a positive work environment and strong team culture.

Compliance: Ensure the bar adheres to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas to increase customer engagement through events, promotions, and innovative service offerings.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bar management or hospitality leadership roles, preferably in a beer and wine-focused environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.

Passion for craft beverages and the local drink scene.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
