The Role

In the position of Bar Manager you will be expected to create a cocktail menu to pair with the food menu using natural wines, fresh ingredients and fermentation with a focus on local suppliers. You will be the heart of the bar and help to set the vibe for the staff and guests. You will love providing top shelf service along with world class cocktails.

Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in writing and costing cocktail and wine menus
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers
• Train and oversee the bar staff
• Stock ordering and inventory control
• Be constantly creative with an ever changing menu
