With a loyal local following, regular events, and a bistro and bar, they pride themselves on delivering quality service and a memorable experience every time. They're now looking for an experienced and energetic Hotel Manager to lead the team and take the venue to the next level.

About the Role:

As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including the bar, bistro, gaming, bottle shop and functions. You'll lead a passionate team, ensure compliance and operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for patrons. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to really make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage FOH and BOH teams across all departments

Ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and product

Oversee rostering, budgets, stock control, and supplier management

Drive community engagement and grow the venue's reputation

Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and venue policies

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a Hotel Manager or Venue Manager role (pub or club preferred)

Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills

Excellent understanding of bar, bistro, and gaming operations

Confident with budgeting, stock control, and reporting

Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV + Approved Managers Licence

A hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
