Hidden behind the infamous sliding barn door in Mermaid Beach lies one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic dining destinations, we are a modern Japanese restaurant known for its moody, intimate atmosphere, exceptional share style dishes, creative cocktails, and high-energy service.

YOUR ROLE

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth, daily operation of the restaurant. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain the culture, consistency, and quality that Etsu is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on service excellence.

Lead, train and mentor a team of high-performing hospitality professionals.

Manage bookings, floor operations, and guest interactions.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Monitor budgets, manage cost controls, and optimise performance KPIs

Drive a positive and professional workplace culture
