Are you a highly organised and proactive professional ready to support executive leadership and drive operational excellence? WALGA is seeking a dynamic Member Services Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to our Executive Director Member Services and contribute to the smooth running of our Member Services portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a team that delivers services to Local Governments across Western Australia.
Why You'll Love This Role:
Executive Exposure: Work closely with senior leadership and gain insight into strategic operations and governance.
Diverse Responsibilities: From diary management and travel coordination to stakeholder liaison and meeting logistics, no two days are the same.
Sector Impact: Play a key role in supporting services that directly benefit Local Governments and their communities.
Professional Growth: Develop your skills in administration, governance, and stakeholder engagement in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Let’s talk more about you! You will be:
An Administrative Powerhouse: You have proven experience supporting senior executives and managing complex administrative tasks with ease.
A Communication Pro: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to build strong relationships across all levels.
Detail-Driven: You’re meticulous, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using Microsoft Office 365 and web-based platforms like Mailchimp and CRM systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for operational efficiency. If you're passionate about supporting a team and contributing to the success of Local Governments, we would love to hear from you!
Why you’ll love working here.
In addition to 6 weeks’ (30 days) annual leave and a suite of flexible working options, our West Leederville office is centrally located with easy access to public transport, bike paths and paid parking options. We offer excellent end of trip facilities and a vibrant Thrive wellbeing program with regular activities and initiatives (in fact we could be at a lunch and learn or a healthy mind class whilst you’re reading this.)
We're proud of our inclusive culture, with fantastic workplace benefits and entitlements, including setting budget aside for professional development. What we are most proud of is getting the chance to work on niche and interesting projects, with some incredibly talented people, on issues that matter.
We also have an active social club to cater for all interests, and if that doesn’t give you enough of a feel for our vibe, we can offer you book club, trivia night and we’re committed to being a Menopause Friendly Australia employer. So, when we say we look after our people and each other, we mean it.
