Hydrotrac Mining Services provides specialist support services to the Mining Industry with complete maintenance solutions in Perth, and isolated mine site support services. We have various positions at Tier 1 mine sites across Western Australia. You will be part of a high energy team so possession of multiple skill sets and licences & qualifications will be highly regarded

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Service Coordinator to join our team. If you're passionate about making an impact in the mining industry and thrive on challenges, this job is for you!

In this role you will schedule, plan and oversee our Field Service division and perform a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):

Coordinate the field service team and manage schedules efficiency.

Arrange site access and prepare compliance documentation

Building and maintaining a high-performance field service team

Proactively seek opportunities for the business in areas of shutdowns and field services

Shaping a culture that encourages personal development, teamwork, and collaboration

Plan and schedule work for Field Service and Mobile Plant Shutdowns

Monitor staff availability and engage with clients to fill requests

Manage site-specific inductions and all related paperwork.

Ensure customer enquiries are addressed in a timely manner, upholding our commitment to excellence

Proactively seek new client opportunities for the business while assisting current client labour requests

Be the first point of contact for all field team members

Maintain vehicle inspection and service records

Conduct interviews, recruiting and other aspects of field service personnel management

About you:

Trade Background – Highly desirable

Strong understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

2+ years experience in the position of Operations coordinator or similar

Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work under pressure & to work to tight deadlines

A valid WA manual driver’s license

Enthusiastic and upbeat positive attitude

Must have full Australian working rights and residing within Western Australia
