Local Insights is launching a brand-new telesales department, and we’re on the lookout for a proven sales professional who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, make an immediate impact, and lead from the front.

We’re not starting from scratch - we’re bringing a proven formula for success from our UK operations. Not only do we know this model works, but we also know exactly how to implement it. That takes much of the risk out of launching something brand new and gives us a head start on scaling quickly and effectively.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our new outbound telesales channel. You’ll master the product, close deals, refine the process, and then build a high-performing team around you. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be selling initially - and leading strategically.
· Short Term Responsibilities:
· Generate new business via cold calling and outbound phone sales
· Master the Google Listing Optimiser and our proven sales methodology
· Hit agreed markers and sales targets
· Develop repeatable systems and processes for the department
· Mid-Term Objectives:
· Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing telesales team
· Set and track KPIs, motivate team members, and lead by example
· Refine and optimise call scripts and workflows
· Contribute to strategic direction and revenue growth
You’ll Need:
· Proven success in a telesales or outbound sales role
· Strong cold-calling skills and high closing ability
· Leadership experience — team-building or people management
· Entrepreneurial drive and a hands-on mentality
· Experience in digital marketing (bonus, not essential)

· $75k–$95k base salary + super
· Performance bonuses + realistic $120k+ OTE
