About the Role

PSG are delighted to be assisting a company to find a Head of IT to lead their IT operations across multiple sites in Western Australia. This leadership role will be based in Perth and the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure, systems, and teams across the organisation. As the Head of IT, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, ensuring cyber security compliance, and managing a small IT team to support business operations across WA locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and maintenance of IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure robust cyber security frameworks and protocols are in place and regularly reviewed.
• Manage systems upgrades, implementations, and integrations across departments and locations. Exposure to multiple ERP and CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess and prioritise technological needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and industry standards.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership position, ideally with multi-site responsibility or a large individual site will be considered depending on the size of the operation.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and cyber security.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing IT teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong operational execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
