About the Company:
A WA owned and operated commercial construction company with a strong history of delivering a range of complex projects up to $100M. They partner with their clients from the early design stages to deliver the best outcomes for all parties. Offering a range of delivery methods from traditional construction through to D&C they can tailor their approach to suit the individual clients’ timeframes and budgets.

Delivering projects in the Perth metro as well as regionally, they are currently looking for a new Site Manager to join the team. Spending the first 6-8 months in Perth to get to know the team and their systems and processes you would then be based remotely in the Pilbara working on a $40M new build hospital.
Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Lead Site Manager on commercial projects $30M + for a main contractor
• Previous experience delivering projects in a live environment E.g. School, hospital, airport, retail etc
• Previous experience on hospital projects is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience working/living remotely in regional areas is preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Full Australian working rights are required
