This ‘employer of choice’ Tier 3 Building Contractor South of the River has appointed us to source a Project Manager who is capable of working in a team environment on D&C projects $5 – 20m in the industrial, retail, education and community sectors. This highly reputable and professional contractor will provide the Project Manager with a lot of structure, support, training and career development in this “job for life” relaxed and informal family culture.

Criteria for the Project Manager:

• 10+ years new build commercial building experience
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager for a Building Contractor
• Tilt panel or precast and D&C experience advantageous
• Tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering advantageous
• A Senior Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator ready to step up is also encouraged to apply
• The right to work in Australia

Salary guide to circa $185k pkg (commensurate with experience)
