This is a high-visibility role that will see you contribute directly to product design, credit decisioning, and customer acquisition strategies.

The Role

As a Credit & Product Strategy Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of credit risk, data science, and product development. You'll leverage data to craft smarter, faster credit decisions, influence product features, and align strategic objectives across credit, compliance, marketing, and user experience.

This is not a siloed analytics role - you'll collaborate closely with leadership and play a key part in shaping the lending products that drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimise credit decisioning frameworks to improve automation, risk accuracy, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute credit strategy for customer acquisition across digital and partner channels.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure credit policy aligns with commercial and regulatory objectives.
• Contribute to product optimisation with insights from customer and credit data.
• Provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

What You Bring

• Over 4 years' experience in credit strategy, product analytics, or a related role.
• Strong credit risk background with hands-on experience in data-driven optimisation.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python is highly desirable.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive better outcomes.
• Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with cross-functional teams.
