About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant with extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations.

The successful candidate will be friendly, polite, and professional. You must thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, be proactive and self-managed, work well within a team, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

Supporting the Retail Manager to maintain the store to an excellent standard.

Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers.

Assisting with stock control and merchandising.

Operating cash registers.

Processing prescriptions.

Medication packing.

Handling phone inquiries.

Required skills & experience

S2/S3 Certificate.

At least two years of experience in community pharmacy.

Excellent organizational skills.

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Social media platform management experience.

Previous experience working toward sales targets.
