Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled .NET / C# Developer, ideally with some experience in OutSystems (or willing to quickly train in it). You will join a small team to support the design, development, and deployment of scalable, low-code applications using the OutSystems platform at a government client.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with C# / .NETDevelopment (and ideally OutSystems) along with a solid understanding of web and mobile application architecture.

OutSystems is a low-code platform, similar to Mendix, PowerApps, Appian, Zoho, Quickbase, Creatio, Nintex, and Pega. If you have exposure to any of these, it would be to your advantage.

MUST be an Australian Citizen, preference for existing Baseline or NV1… (DWS will help you to obtain Baseline if you don’t have it)

Style: Hybrid; 2/3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to $185K pkg (inc super)

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing OutSystems applications
• Maintain documentation and support application lifecycle management

Specific experience must include:

• Strong and proven C# / .NET development experience
• Ideally some experience with the OutSystems platform, or be willing to quickly upskill in this with DWS’ support
• If no OutSystems experience, other low-code products such as Mendix, PowerApps, Appian, Zoho, Quickbase, Creatio, Nintex, and Pega is strongly preferred
• OutSystems certification (Associate or Professional) is highly desirable, but not essential
• Experience with any front-end libraries or frameworks, React,.js, VUE.js, Angular.js
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Experience in designing and implementing DevOps frameworks and automated build and release pipelines
