Salary: $170k-$190k +Super + Equity (ESOP)

Let's be honest, Software Engineering ad's have a bad habit of promising exciting new tech and projects, but failing to deliver. Nobody's really that excited about using 10 year old tooling to remediate tech debt.

Here, you'll work at one of Australia's hottest early-stage AI startups, building a first of its kind product. It's been at market for a couple of years now, and already attracting tens of thousands of users across the country.

And now, with a 7 figure funding round from a prominent Aussie VC, we're looking for someone to lead the next phase of development.

Your first 12 months will see you design and build in array of new functionality from the ground up. This includes user facing AI Agents built on OpenAI and other emerging LLM's. This program of work is expected to make a massive impact on the platform's overall reach and userbase.

Key skills/experience:

As the Lead Developer, you'll be a key decision maker for the technical direction of the product moving forward.

With that in mind, you'll need some prior exposure to LLM's and a strong background building software products on:

• Typescript
• AWS or Vercel
