About the role

x2 Fullstack roles:
- Backend focused on .NET, AWS, DevOps, Observability, Reliability.
- Frontend focused on React and Typescript.
These are hands-on Tech Lead positions where you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers. You'll lead end-to-end feature development and drive architecture decisions. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling their platform and evolving engineering practices.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of fullstack features using React, TypeScript, .NET, and AWS.
• Champion best practices in DevOps, observability, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support and guide offshore engineers, knowledge-sharing and consistency.
• Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a Tech Lead within a SaaS scaleup/startup.
• Deep fullstack expertise across React, TypeScript, .NET Core, and AWS. Can be frontend or backend focused.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience improving observability and system reliability in production environments.
• Comfortable working across distributed teams with excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative leader who values team success and continuous improvement.
