Finance and Business Operations Manager
(Full time role across two growing businesses, based in one office)

We’re seeking an experienced Finance and Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage the financial and operational running of two thriving, growing businesses - all from one office.

This full time, hands-on role is critical to the financial health and operational success of:

she wear: a leading women's functional footwear brand

RSN Solutions: a specialist engineering consulting business

You'll be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management - from day-to-day accounts and payroll to cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and strategic financial planning. You’ll also oversee the operational management of she wear, lead a small, committed team, and drive process improvements to support scalable, profitable growth.

This is a newly created, full time role, located on site at our Northgate (Brisbane) HQ.

If you’re a finance expert with strong operational skills, a keen eye for cash flow, and a passion for helping businesses grow sustainably, we’d love to meet you.

You'll be responsible for:

Full ownership of financial management across both businesses, including accounts, payroll, BAS/GST, compliance, and taxation

Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management - ensuring financial stability, funding, and forward planning

Preparation of budgets, management reports, and financial insights to support strategic decision making

Monitoring and managing business expenditure, margins, and cost control

Overseeing key customer and supplier relationships, and contract management across both businesses

Overseeing day-to-day operational running of she wear including managing a small, committed team

Implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency, profitability, and growth

Supporting the founders with commercial planning and business strategy execution

What you’ll bring:

Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, commerce or a related discipline

Strong experience in financial management roles, with exposure to operational management

Proven expertise in cash flow forecasting, budget management, financial planning and analysis

Experience managing small teams and running business operations

A practical, hands-on approach - you're happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done!

Excellent attention to detail with a pro active, solutions driven mindset

Ability to prioritise across two businesses and juggle competing demands with strong time management skills

A passion for continuous improvement and helping businesses grow in a sustainable, financially healthy way
