About the role

TBRB HOSPITALITY , Two business The MUGLAN & GALLI GALLI is seeking an experienced cook/chef to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a full-time cook/chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of delicious and high-quality dishes in our bustling kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for food.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to the highest standards

Ensuring all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to meet TBRB HOSPITALITY quality standards

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Assisting the Head Chef in menu development and implementation

Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a professional kitchen environment

Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes to a consistent standard

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Passion for food and a desire to continuously improve your culinary skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
