About the role

Exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Chef and Cook to join the talented team at Lane Cove, NSW. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, including breakfast, lunch and specialty items

Ensuring all food is presented attractively and in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
