Positions available

Chef De Partie - $75,500 + super + overtime pay if required
Demi Chef - $70,000 + super + overtime pay if required

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a fine dining kitchen
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong knowledge of seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work nights and weekends
