We have 2 new 6 month contract positions with one of our ACT Government clients.
These roles have a high possibility of extending and offer great exposure across numerous government projects.
For these roles only Canberra based candidates will be consider as they will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
The role:
The Change Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure CESB projects and initiatives meet objectives, focusing on the people side of change by preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes, while anticipating and minimizing resistance.
Necessary experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in organisational change management roles, including experience in government sector would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated extensive experience managing change and people, including effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high-level of customer trust and confidence.
- Demonstrated high level of self-leadership skills and experience in the provision of advice and management of change management issues to stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and diverse strategic business partnerships, including with executive stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and multiple priorities and demands, and resilience while managing a constantly changing, complex and diverse environment.
- Qualifications in in change management, principles, methodologies and tools or a related discipline (business, IT, Human Resources) is highly desirable.
