Job Title: Change Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of ICT programs and projects across a federal government agency. This role focuses on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, technologies, and organisational structures. You will lead change management initiatives to ensure that new solutions are not only implemented but adopted and sustained by stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for ICT programs and projects.

Evaluate the impact of organisational change, including assessing business readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Identify potential resistance to change and design proactive mitigation strategies.

Apply structured methodologies and change management processes to guide implementation.

Lead and deliver targeted communication plans to support change initiatives.

Provide coaching and support to executives, managers, and staff to help embed change.

Define and track success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Prepare clear and timely reporting to project boards and senior management.

Support the ongoing development of change capability within the team and mentor junior staff.

About You:

Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within large-scale or complex ICT environments.

Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for simplifying complex messages.

Experience in communication strategy, business engagement, and training delivery.

Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly regarded.

A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to lead change from the front.
