This is a long-term contract role commencing 10 June 2025 for an initial duration of 6 months with 1 x 6 months extension term, located at our client’s Canberra office with a combination of office and remote work as agreed.
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Provide in-depth change impact analysis to clearly articulate impacts to internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse impacts of system releases or business area changes
• Create artefacts to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new systems and processes
• Assist in the delivery of training, development of user guides and support material
• Run stakeholder workshops and collaborate across teams
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience identifying and mitigating risks
• Understanding of organisational structures and processes
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience in development and delivery of change impact assessments in an IT delivery environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline security clearance.
