Overview

The Branch of our Federal Government client is piloting a new Data and Digital Operating Model and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to guide and support change activities. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously in a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change strategies and plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts.
• Conduct impact assessments and change readiness reviews.
• Produce clear, high-quality change documentation.
• Support governance and process improvement initiatives.
• Adapt strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.

About You

• Strong communicator and change champion.
• Able to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable managing documentation and influencing stakeholders.

Criteria

• 5+ years in organisational change roles.
• 3+ years in digital transformation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with ICT or data-related projects.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous situations with sound judgment.
• A great understanding of Governance in the public sector.
