The Position, but not limited to:

• Assist with managing a very well maintained, mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial complexes
• Liaising with owners/tenants
• Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Conducting general and committee meetings as required
• Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes

The Criteria:

• Previous experience in Strata
• Valid drivers' license
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• Have excellent time management skills
