About the Role:

You'll be the directly involved with the launch and day-to-day operations of the flagship venue - with scope to shape the team, the culture, and the guest experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all operations of the 300sqm flagship venue, including a 150sqm mezzanine with ice cream school, event space, and content studio

Collaborate closely with ownership and brand stakeholders to deliver the vision and energy

Drive recruitment and team building, including hiring your own 2IC

Oversee customer service, in-store experience, stock control and reporting

Support the development of table service and QR ordering as the concept evolves

Manage P&L, rostering, compliance and on-the-ground activations

Represent the brand in the community and champion inclusivity and creativity

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Brings serious vibe and energy - charisma is key

Has 3+ years' experience in venue or multi-site management, ideally in premium QSR, hospitality or retail

Leads from the front and thrives in high-energy, customer-facing environments

Is excited by brand storytelling, experiential retail/hospitality, and launching a flagship venue

Understands P&L and can balance culture with commercial performance

Genuinely cares about community, diversity, and purpose-driven hospitality
