• Partner with leading architectural practices.

About The Role

• Site Manager to deliver a new build / knock down rebuild project valued at $5m.
• Project is in the Lower North Shore area - Northbridge.
• Double storey home with concrete structure.
• Required to deliver the project from demolition and excavation stage through to completion.
• Monday to Friday working week.
• Salary level between $140,000 and $180,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
• Good attention to detail.
