The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the project delivery part of business. The operations manager will work closely with the sales team and construction manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The operations manager will liaise with our clients on a regular basis.

Your Duties

· Ordering Materials from suppliers

· Scheduling jobs with both client and installers

· Managing installers insurances are up to date

· Managing project budgets

· Working closely with construction manager and team

· Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job

· Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting

· Ensuring Risk assessments are done prior to work start

· Attending site for check measures and putting orders together

Your Experience

. You have minimum of 7 years Roof plumbing experience

. You will have excellent organisation skills working with contractors

. You will have excellent presentation skills

· You pride yourself on quality workmanship

· You have excellent time management skills

. You have sound Roofing knowledge and have worked in a similar role

. You have exceptional customer service skills
