Chilli Tree Services, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to join our team in Townsville. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiencies, and support business growth in the vegetation management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prioritise, and manage daily operational tasks related to vegetation management

Coordinate field operations to ensure timely and efficient task completion

Collaborate with team members to allocate jobs and manage workflows

Oversee and track sales activities, including lead generation and pipeline management

Prepare client quotes and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with all safety protocols

Conduct regular safety audits and recommend areas for improvement

Assist in developing and implementing policies to support ISO certification goals

Schedule and track maintenance for all plant and equipment

Manage risk assessments and ensure consistent hazard identification procedures

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of tree lopping / arborist work

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with workflow systems

Experience with ServiceM8 (preferred, but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
