Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager with EC you will work collegially and strategically under the direction or General Manager/Director and Board as you develop and lead the service delivery teams that deliver EC operations.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day delivery of service by the service delivery teams that provide disability support to participants of the NDIS in their own homes, SIL/SDA and community settings. It is the responsibility of the Operations Manager to ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with the NDIS regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

As Operations Manager you will contribute actively to the development and implementation of EC strategic plans and objectives by attending to emergent market trends and the delivery of operational service excellence under your lead.

The Operations Manager is responsible to manage service delivery budget within prescribed constraints. Implement efficient systems and processes that align with EC and NDIS requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in building a strong, scalable foundation that supports immediate and long-term organisational goals and requirements.

The Operations Manager will foster a welcoming success-oriented workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent ensuring EC teams are capable and equipped to deliver exceptional person-centred care.

The Operations Manager will develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, families, carers, and their other stakeholders, ensuring, were possible, that services meet their needs and expectations.

The Operations Manager will oversee financial and resource (including human resources) management within your service area.

Requirements:

24 months or more of demonstrated successful experience in a like role.

Tertiary or certificate qualifications in disabilities, business or related areas is desirable.

Flexibility to work on call after hours, including evenings and weekends as required on a rotating roster.
