About the Role

We are currently seeking an Experienced Operations Manager / 2iC to join our client based in Hemmant QLD. Working as the Operations Manager / 2iC you will be required to run the day to day operations and report directly to the owner.

Your responsibilities will see you monitor, audit, and implement the following but not limited to:
- Responsible for project outcomes and efficient delivery from project commencement through to completion.
- Daily allocation of equipment, staff, management of service and procurement, operational advice to foreman/operator/supervisor.
- Assistance with organisation of Shed and Yard
- Identify and resolve issues and risks along with all relevant reporting.
- Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
- Quotation site meetings
- Client meetings
- Time keeping sections of Different works to allow for new methods of quotation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Delivering an achievement-based culture through clear target/accountability setting
- Maintain budget within projects.
- Ensure compliance with current WH&S Statutory requirements.
- Produce site specific Swms when required.
- Ability to Supervise work sites and execute tasks within an agreed time frame and on budget.
- Communication aptitude in written and verbal form
- Be flexible, reliable, hardworking, Firm but Fair.

Location: Hemmant (Office)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 Months temp to perm

Salary: $100,00 to $120,000

Essential

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

Demolition experience

Drivers Licence
