Specialised Reline Services (SRS) is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to undertake human resources, industrial relations, learning and development, and recruitment activities throughout our business.
About the Role:
As the Workforce Coordinator will undertake all HR operations, including employee relations, policy implementation, and workforce planning. You will assist in interpreting and applying relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements, facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee training programs, and assist in workforce mobilisation for jobs.
The role is a residential role based in Geraldton, offering a great work-life balance and a family friendly coastal lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Undertake employee relations, policy implementation, and workforce planning to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Industrial Relations: Assist in interpreting and applying relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Resolve disputes related to industrial agreements and working conditions.
Recruitment & Onboarding: undertake end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Learning and Development: Oversee training programs to ensure workforce competency and compliance with safety and operational requirements. Maintain training records.
Site Mobilisation: Assist in workforce mobilisation for jobs, including rostering, scheduling, and arranging travel and accommodations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience in HR coordination, workforce planning, or recruitment within Blue Collar, heavy industry, mining, or mill reline environments.
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn our HRIS and scheduling software.
Mandatory Requirements: Sorry, there are not many, but they are not negotiable.
Cert IV, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Driver’s License.
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Reside in Geraldton or be willing to relocate.
