About the Role: We're seeking a Civil Leading Hand with proven Pump Station experience to join our client’s team in the Badgerys Creek area.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays as required
🛠️Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and organise onsite civil crews
- Oversee safe and efficient daily operations
- Provide hands-on leadership and labour support
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety
🛠️Required Experience & Tickets:
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Current Driver’s Licence + Reliable Transport
- Construction White Card
- Minimum 12 months civil industry experience
- Minimum 12 months Pump Station, Concrete or Earthworks experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
