Join our rapidly growing team! We are seeking motivated Civil Labourers and Leading Hands to start full-time on a range of projects across Sydney. Our clients include Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, and we also work on residential projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in civil construction.

Key Requirements:

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Driver’s License (manual driving capability)

Bonus: HR or MR Truck License (not mandatory but preferred)

Bonus: Excavator, Roller or Skid Steer VOC (not mandatory but preferred)

Flexibility: Must be willing to work away for periods of 1-5 days

Key Skills:

The ability to build and maintain client relationships

Mentor and train junior staff and labourers, developing their skills and knowledge.

Delegation and management.

Can do positive attitude.

Proven experience in civil concrete, formwork, pipelaying, stormwater systems, and road rehabilitation.

Prior experience in a team leader within the civil industry.

Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and site management.

Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

Benefits:

Pay: $34 - $43 per hour (based on experience and role) + penalty rates
