About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a motivated and experienced individual who can lead by example on-site. You’ll be responsible for assisting in day-to-day site coordination, ensuring quality workmanship, and contributing your skills across a range of trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and working alongside a small team on various projects

Reading and interpreting plans and drawings accurately

Performing and supervising all aspects of carpentry

Assisting in roofing, plastering, painting, and general building works

Ensuring safe work practices are followed on site

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a leading hand or similar role

Broad knowledge and hands-on skills in carpentry, roofing, plastering, painting, and general construction

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

White Card and relevant tools

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
