One Group Labour Hire is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Leading Hand with strong batch line experience to join a high-performing team in a busy manufacturing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team of powder coating operators
• Oversee daily operations of the batch powder coating line
• Perform quality checks and ensure coatings meet client specifications
• Monitor and maintain oven and equipment temperatures
• Train new team members and support skill development
• Coordinate workload and ensure production targets are met
• Work closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth flow

To Be Successful, You’ll Have:

• Proven experience in powder coating, ideally leading a batch line
• Previous leadership or Leading Hand experience in a coating or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality finish
• Able to manage and motivate a small team
• Knowledge of WHS standards and safe work practices
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Reliable transport and full working rights in Australia
