The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts. Your focus will be on growing and retaining existing accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor for your customers.

• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, and projects) to deliver on client expectations
• Monitor account performance and ensure alignment with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Prepare account reviews, reports, and assist in renewals or contract negotiations

The Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronic Security industry
• Proven experience managing accounts and building strong, long-term client relationships
• Strong understanding of high-security alarm systems and electronic security solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
• Demonstrated ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• VIC Security Licence (mandatory)
