As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team — covering Victoria with scheduled travel to South Australia and Tasmania. If you’re driven, results-focused, and know how to build strong commercial relationships, this is a chance to make your mark.

About the Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts while developing new business opportunities across your region. Working closely with major wholesale and foodservice clients, you’ll use your knowledge and initiative to deliver tailored outcomes, grow volume, and build loyalty.

This role suits someone who thrives on results, values long-term relationships, and is confident in their ability to influence and deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key customer accounts across your territory

Identify and convert new business aligned with our product range

Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service

Provide insights into customer needs, competitor activity, and trends

Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs

What You’ll Bring

Experience in account management or business development (foodservice or related industries)

A track record of hitting targets and growing accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset and ability to uncover customer needs

Professional, self-motivated, and highly organised

Willingness to travel regionally — must have a reliable vehicle
