Key Responsibilities

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.

· Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and care.

· Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Liaise with the marketing department to align on campaigns, promotions, and customer communications.

· Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Assist with trade shows and industry events, representing the Crusader Hose brand.

· Participate in customer visits to build relationships and understand application needs.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role.

· A background or interest in a technical or industrial field is highly desirable.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

· A proactive, adaptable approach and a desire to grow with the business.

Performance-Based Bonus Structure
