We are expanding our business and are currently hiring both Sales Representatives and a Sales Assistant to help drive sales and support our growth in residential air conditioning and commercial heat pump hot water systems across Victoria.
Having previously operated solely as an installation company, we are now entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of our in-house sales team. This strategic move enables us to deliver a complete, vertically integrated service under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program—from first contact to final installation—all handled by our own team.
Unlike many companies that separate sales from installation or rely on external subcontractors, we take full control of the entire customer journey. Our in-house team manages both sales and installation, ensuring better communication, higher quality standards, faster turnaround times, and a more seamless overall experience for every client.

For Sales Representatives, this is a field-based role, where you will visit clients on-site instead of being tied to an office.

Open Positions:
Sales Representative – Field-Based Role (On-Site Client Visits)
Proactively visit and engage potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, businesses, and industry partners.
Sell energy-efficient solutions, including residential air conditioning and commercial heat pump hot water systems.
Travel occasionally to regional Victoria, where demand for commercial heat pumps is high.
Track and report sales performance, continuously refining strategies for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong sales and networking skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
✔ Ability to work independently in the field, visiting clients and closing deals.
✔ Technical knowledge of air conditioning, heat pump systems, or plumbing (or willingness to learn).
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
✔ Australian driver's license and permanent residency/citizenship required.
Sales Assistant – Office-Based Role (Glen Waverley)
Assist BDM with sales processes, client follow-ups, and lead management.
Use Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms to support marketing and sales activities.
Engage with potential customers online and over the phone, providing product information and appointment scheduling.
Gain hands-on experience and training in business development, digital marketing, and customer relations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience working within the VEU program
✔ Proficiency in common office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM tools, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with social media platforms for business engagement.
✔ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:
Full-Time Position: As our business continues to grow across multiple areas, there will be long-term opportunities for the right candidate to expand into other sales streams within the company.
Base Salary Package: $65k to $90k (based on experience)
Uncapped commissions
