Role Description
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Internal Architectural Sales Representative to join the team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This role is suited to a driven and detail-focused individual with proven experience in architectural sales, preferably within the construction or reinforcing industry. The successful candidate will be confident in navigating the design and construction landscape and ready to knock down doors, literally and figuratively, to build strong relationships, win new business and deliver solutions that inspire.
This role requires a strong communicator with existing industry connections and the ability to hit the ground running. A background in roofing, cladding, or related building products will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Drive internal architectural sales activities across roofing and cladding product lines
Engage directly with architects, specifiers, builders and developers to promote innovative design-led solutions
Convert architectural specifications into project opportunities and sales outcomes
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and external sales teams to deliver seamless project execution
Build and maintain strong relationships within the design and construction industry
Provide technical guidance and product support throughout the specification and project lifecycle
Identify new project leads and proactively develop strategies to secure specifications and orders
Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and competitor activity
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
Salay and Benefits
Base $75k - $85k | Super 11.5% | Commission
