The business continues to grow steadily and is looking to strengthen its Melbourne team with an experienced and reliable Internal Sales Representative.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced sales support role. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients—handling inbound calls and emails, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customers get the right products on time. You’ll work closely with the external sales reps, warehouse, and logistics teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the steel industry, thrives on providing great customer service, and can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking customer enquiries over phone and email and giving accurate information on pricing, products, and lead times

Preparing quotes and processing orders promptly and correctly

Building rapport with customers and keeping relationships strong

Working with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any order issues

Monitoring stock availability and advising clients accordingly

Supporting the external sales team with follow-ups and customer communication

Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate

Contributing to a team culture built on service, reliability, and professionalism

Salay and Benefits

Base $80 - $85k | Super 11.5%
