MPS Packaging is an online and wholesale packaging consumables and machinery supplier in Kilsyth Victoria Australia. We’re seeking a new internal sales representative.

Job Role

Providing counter sales to walk in customers

Taking incoming sales calls for new customer and enquiries on packaging

Maintain sales area

Following up existing customers with new products

Follow-up new website generated leads

Warm and cold call new clients to introduce new clients

This sales role will work under the Managing Director, and give flexibility to work with guidance on our methods, but also autonomy to work in your preferred methods and customer acquisition provided they lead to results and are in line with the company’s values.

Requirements & Expertise.

Great customer service skills.

Self motivated with an ability to manage clients and your own day to day routine.

great personality with good interpersonal communication skills

Experience in industrial sales, packaging consumables or machinery would be an advantage.

Some technical ability in advising customers machinery and training on use of machines.

Must have some sales or customer service experience.

Computing skills required for emailing, spreadsheets, quoting system & custom CRM/debtor system.
