Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading facilities management team to recruit a Facilities Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting contract operations and ensuring business efficiency.
About the role
As the Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering essential administrative services to support the contract team. This includes secretarial duties, data entry for accounts payable and invoicing, document management, and internal reporting. You will be a key contributor to team morale, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate records, manage accounts payable, and support client invoicing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OH&S requirements
- Liaise effectively with teams to ensure smooth communication and task resolution
- Engage with and build solid working relationships with vendors and contractors
- Support marketing administration and ensure accurate client data management
About you
To be successful in this role it is essential to have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, Trades or Facilities Management office environment
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications, with strong data presentation skills
