Managing the accounts receivable function with precision and efficiency.

Ensuring accurate data entry of invoices and transactions into our ERP system.

Reconciling accounts and issuing monthly invoices and statements promptly.

Supporting customer service by processing orders and handling invoice/credit inquiries.

Proactively managing debtor accounts and following up on aged debt.

Maintaining credit policy adherence and identifying potential credit risks.

Providing exceptional customer service by promptly resolving queries and requests.

Generating insightful monthly management reports.

Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accounts receivable.

Proven ability to manage high volumes of receivables within credit terms.

Adaptability and quick learning with new software systems.

Experience on the Xero Accounting Software preferred

Intermediate Excel skills, including familiarity with basic formulas.

Strong attention to detail and excellent reconciliation skills.

Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
