The Role:

• Responsible for assisting across brand, agent & property marketing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers ,including photographers, videographers, designers, and printers
• Assist in the production of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, EDMs, and social content
• Manage and update property listings on major real estate portals (e.g., realestate.com.au, Domain)
• Support the marketing team in preparing for events, open homes, and agent campaigns

About You:

• A minimum of 1+ years in a sales administration role within real estate or property marketing
• Proficiency in software such as AgentBox, CampaignTrack, RealTime Agent, or similar platforms is ideal
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proactive, self-starting approach
• Client-focused with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Capable of working within a team
