About the Role:
You will be instrumental in driving new business within property management by managing leads, referrals, and networking opportunities. Working closely with Sales and Property Managers, you’ll optimise client databases and rent rolls, conduct market appraisals, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Real estate experience in Business Development or Property Management is essential
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player mindset
