A Marketing Specialist at Deja Marc is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth across both the Australian and UK markets. This role blends creative storytelling with data-led optimization, overseeing the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, influencer partnerships, social media, SEO and email marketing. A marketing specialist conducts market research to identify growth opportunities and customer trends and effectively uses such data to formulate campaign strategies and content development processes.
With a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and milestone-driven gifting, the Marketing Specialist ensures all messaging is emotionally resonant, visually cohesive, and aligned with Deja Marc’s values of connection, legacy, and craftsmanship. Working cross-functionally with creatives, freelancers, and external partners, this role is integral to elevating the customer experience and achieving key sales and marketing objectives.
Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Lead the creation and implementation of Deja Marc’s creative and content strategy across all platforms in both the UK and Australia, aligning with brand guidelines such as high-end gifting, milestone celebration and memorialisation.
Plan and oversee the production of engaging social media content such as blogs, social media, email campaigns and website pages for Instagram & TikTok.
Define and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns, including paid social, influencer partnerships, PPC, and display ads.
Manage all influencer relationships, creator partnerships, and brand ambassadors relationships, including but not limited to work negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
Manage and coordinate all events, photoshoots, and potential press outreach to support product launches and gift campaigns.
Create, execute and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with key product launches and eCommerce cycles.
Skillfully handle aspects of email marketing within the firm to build, segment, and optimise emails campaigns via Klaviyo, enable and manage key automations and monitor performance analytics.
Recommend SEO-focused updates and blog content strategies to improve organic reach and keyword ranking.
Use data from Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo to assess campaign effectiveness, identify optimisation opportunities and refine company marketing strategies
Brief and cordinate with photographers, videographers, and web development team in producing high-quality creatives within brand and budget guidelines.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends in personalisation, jewelry consumption and implement updates.
Identity and suggest product bundling strategies, promotional pricing, and premium positioning based on demand analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare and deliver executive dashboards that consolidates metrics from Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Klaviyo—highlighting revenue attribution, ROAS, CAC, email engagement and organic growth with view to assist in management decision making.
Lead performance review presentations for senior leadership, translating multi-channel analytics into strategic recommendations on budget allocation, product-launch timing and audience targeting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing for Reels, TikTok, and campaigns.
Exposure in handling and marketing luxury, heritage brands in the UK and/or Australia
Ability to take initiative in all marketing efforts of the company
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details and precision in all aspects of work
